If you're comfortable with the gun itself, take a look at a multibore barrel kit. That way, you can match your barrel to your paint, and it will help your efficiency and accuracy. I'm kind of surprised nobody suggested that already.
A full used Freak kit will come in under the $100 you've got budgeted.
Paint-barrel match is one of the most important things.. with the way axes/minis opperate you NEED to underbore (use a smaller bore barrel than the paint so the paint fits snug into the barrel, it should not roll through the barrel)
For mini/axe you need the paint to seal properly, it will help your marker's consistency as well as accuracy.
