Haven't used BCAAs in forever. Have 2 tubs of Xtend that's all caked up and spoiled.
Still have some Jack3d left, once that goes away may switch to white flood.
You guys use Purp Wrath + White Flood?

I don't use pre's a lot, but out of all of them white flood and focus xt are the best imo
same with bcaa/eaa supplements. N'Gage or Wraath

Is a homemade capsule setup worth it you think? Seeing as most supplements are cheaper in powder form in bulk.
I forgot that site that allowed you to make your own capsule mix, but that was pretty expensive too.

Just mix taurine in with your shake, whatever noots i buy in caps I take as a capsule, whatever comes in powder I mix in a beverage

Ive taken white flood pre work out and intra Ive taken Purp Wrath focus was pretty nice and I liked the tingles from the Beta alanine |

PM, what do you think is more valuable during a cut, effects of creatine or EC? From the looks, caffeine will knock the effectiveness of creatine down a little, or completely negate it (talking constant use of caffeine, not periodic use).

EC, creatine is great for multiple reasons, but I do not find it necessary. Im not saying EC is necessitated either, but it can aid more IMO
