Do dm12 like slp tanks?
Just wondering if they like them. And if so how well do they preform with them, air efficiency wise

From my experience, no, they do not like them. Generally the gun will act like it is starving for air and will choke up when firing a string of shots. They are built for higher input pressure.

my DM12 played last event with an SLP, no issues there. I didn't stop to think about its efficiency.

Ninja has some video on youtube talking about low pressure tanks and they mention using it on a DM. Just make sure that your inline regulator is also set for low pressure as well (usually just need to pop out and change a spring depending on the brand).

bro trust me i was skeptical like u and i even ended up talking to the guys at ninja and guerilla air(the have an slp as well). they cycle dm7's on slp's 15bps without drop off. that was the selling point for me. picked one up threw it on. worked perfect with my dm12. havent actually done an efficiency test but now that i think of it my efficiency use is a little better who also uses a dm12 with standard tank reg.

all new guns by eclipse dye dlx macdev exc will work on slp slp is 300 out put but what do guns run on? dye is 140 macdev is around 100 eclipse is around dye somewere cant be exact cus cant test eclipse regs but as long as there is enough pressure going into the inline reg on the gun it should never be a problem and as for efficency unless ur shooting a g6r it will almost be un noticable slp only alows you to shoot the tank lower because it only needs to put out 300 psi not 800 like hp so u could get more shots but that is all tuning And testing ur marker to see if it does increse efficency and if it does it would not be by much

Shouldnt be an issue tho id advise using HP. Good opperating Pressure of an H3 reg is about 165 PSI. HP is best for the reaction time of the shims in the H3 reg.

I've got a ninja pro set at 450 psi... that's pretty damn low, do you really need to go any lower then that?
If I were you, I would pick up one of their pro regs so you can adjust the output pressure with shims, and that way, you can insure maximum compatibility with most other markers... while still shooting deep into your tank.
