blitz is making a humming noise

i bought the gun about 3-4 months ago and didnt have any problems until one day it started humming/squeaking i thought it was a noise on the field somewhere but i then noticed it was from my gun. it sounds like its coming from the reg. but them it sounds like its coming from the bolt area. i tightened the regulator and it went away. could my problem be the simple fact that i opened the regulator screw too much?

Possibly

Well, I guess since the leak went away you should be fine for now. Just make sure the marker isn't shooting hot for your fields FPS limit.

I believe on the Azodin regs, screwing it in will lower the pressure.

I'm not quite sure why it was leaking, but it sounds like its fixed. The orings on the valve could have been moved from too much pressure, causing a squeaking noise close to around where the bolt sits or the valve could have just been open a little bit.

If you want to increase FPS, just use the velocity adjuster on the back of the marker. Screw it in a bit until you get closer to where you want it. You MIGHT not get where you want it, but you could get close. Not to say that 280 is slow however.
