My mini won't chrono further than 280 fps.
I'm having this issue for weeks now, and I still can't figure it out.
Fully disassembled and cleaned.
Brand new Axe Relay.
Stock bolt, with some scratches on the bold guide base from removing a lurker spacer.
Polished poppet with new poppet o-ring.
Board reseted to default.
Back cap sweet spotted to 3/4 turns out.
Solenoid was opened and cleaned, very lightly lubed, and closed correctly.
No hearable or visible leaks, shooting sound seems fine.
Tried with .684 and .693 barrels, the overbore got a lower fps as supposed.
Tried with 2 ninja tanks, both set to high pressure.
Any ideas?

Is it consistently around 280? If so, I wouldn't worry about it anyway, that's close to the limit that you won't really notice much difference either way.

That's what I'm thinking, but it used to be much more flexible. I could chrono it however I want. It shoots about 170~180. Sometimes 165.

Solenoid should be dry. Get rid of that lube, it's causing your solenoid to stick. I'm not sure that solves your problems though, but it's something that needs correcting in your current set up.

Unless he really muffed it up to the point of changing the shape of it, that shouldn't be causing this. If anything, it would let it shoot a little better by having less drag.
Wait, did you say the relay was BRAND NEW? That might be it there, they do need a break in period until they work their best.

Polishing a piece of metal isn't going to cause a problem, unless he was polishing it with sandpaper or a steel file.

If you put your marker back to stock, does the problem still exist?
When I have a problem, I usually go back to stock and then take it step by step in rebuilding the marker.

Dry off the solenoid piston and change battery. The lube is causing your solenoid to stick so it's not remaining open long enough and if that doesn't take care of it, try a new battery to give the solenoid some extra juice. If either of those don't fix it, you rule out the solenoid.
If it's not the solenoid. How does the shot consistency look? What's the +/- at 280fps?

Alright, tonight I'll clean the noid. The new relay is because I thought the stock one was broken (and i think it was). I polished the poppet with metal polish and a a rag tip on that spinning tool which I don't know the name.

Are you boring your paint? or just using the stock barrel? if you're shooting little paint through that .693 stocker, it's a miracle it's even reaching 280
you could also increase your dwell...

I tried my two barrels, underbored with .684 eigenbarrel and a .693 CP. Difference was about 10 fps.

Not when you live in Brazil where it's constantly 30ºC + and the paint is ****ty. The best we have here is Dragon (mostly Fire, about .689) and recently we got G.I Sportz (which is smaller, maybe .685, .686).

Well shooting 684 on that Fire is a decent underbore, but if you're shooting the GI, try a bit smaller. You should have to blow fairly heavily for a proper underbore to get the paint out
