I was the former head ref till I got accepted to work with Styx and go on tour. Currently, there is no reball happening at westmont yard since it's gotten warm out and everyone is playing outdoors.
Open play was designed with the new players in mind and we had a large group of kids come every week.
Team practice was shaped for PSP practice and we had a full PSP field, I believe it was a 2011 field. We had full 4500 fills on a brand new, nice compressor. We had some regulars, usually some members from Distortion and LSD who would come.
I am able to answer more of your questions for you, since management won't most likely be on here anymore.
I believe reball may return come fall.

Back from the dead! Necrothread!
Westmont Yard is back for fall 2012-spring 2013 indoor season. We will start team practices on Friday nights once the weather gets ****ty enough that teams start heading back indoors again, but I can tell you we have 3k HPA (and if there is enough demand I can probably fix it to fill to 4500, but whats the point, really?) fills, more than enough reballs, clean well-lit facilities and good bunkers. We have the 2011 PSP layout and have managed to get pretty close to accurate 2012 PSP layouts with it. We have the capability of doing a full size PSP or NPPL field, but due to the added time for clean-up, we only set it up when we know there are going to be enough players there. Even when we don't set up the full-size field, we have the correct field length, it is just about 30 feet narrower than full size.
Modes are PSP ramping or Semi-auto and reballs are all you can shoot. The turf is really nice and feels a lot like real grass (slides like grass). Bring a coupl guns if you have more than one, because some guns struggle with reballs. Mini's are money, Ego's and Bob Longs, too. Geo's struggle. Most of the new hoppers seem to do well with feeding reballs.
I expect team practice will start back up sometime in late October or November as the weather starts getting ishy.

I just can't get into the price... $25 for entry, then $3 per extra pod of reballs, for 2.5 hours of playtime.

Thats for open play, not team practice hours. There are a lot of beginner kids. This levels the playing field enough to be fair.

Open play is on right now, Friday nights from 5:30-8:00pm. $25.
Team practice can start up pretty much anytime, we are just waiting for everyone to start thinking about heading inside for practice. So, soon. If you have a team or two who want to practice starting, like, now, let me know and we'll see about starting it up. i believe team practice is $35 and will be 8pm-12am, unlimited balls, semi or ramping (or whatever everyone is cool with) and 240fps.
Just waiting on you.

Also, thats an "extra" pod of paint in addition to the free one you get every 10 minutes. As Leech said, its to level the playing field since Open play is lots of beginners. Team practice, once it starts up, is unlimited paint. We put two 55 gallons barrels of reballs at each end and let you fill up.

Dude, I'm sorry, I didn't even see that this thread was getting responses until today or I would have tried to work something out with your team!

I really want to come out and see if this place would be useful for the team when it starts to get super cold/snowy. Well that and to see if I can even shoot reballs.

Team practice is Friday nights from 8pm-12am. Price is $35 (I believe), balls and air included. However, I am not sure what date we will begin team practice, as a lot of teams are still practicing outside. I expect it will be soon, though, with the weather getting colder.
