Its a little tough to argue penn state did nothing wrong when their own board of trustees have admitted some fault through their sanctions deal with the NCAA.

If the parents covered it up and didn't say anything they definitely deserve some blame for allowing him to get away with doing that to their kids and being allowed to continue to do it to others.

Isn't the whole reason they are in this program in the first place because they don't come from the greatest homes? Should the kids also be blamed for not coming forward and allowing other kids to be molested as well?
