"Avoiding Barrel Breaks" is a long arguementative discusion that will end with no clear solution.

Recovering from barrel breaks on the other hand, underboring would probably be the best thing you can do without a squeegee.

The J&J ceramic was suppose to shoot through breaks well but from what I have read, users have had mixed results.

I too have read the J&J comments, but think a freak, lurker or anything that can match to the paints bore size will work best.

Avoiding them: Bore your paint correctly, store your paint properly, keep your gun lubed, and keep that barrel clean

NONE. Hammerhead and old school snort barrels would say "self cleaning" neither worked. As for freak barrels, I've had paint actually push around the outside of the insert from shooting through breaks... You won't get an accurate shot trying to push through a break, no matter what barrel you have.

Get quick with that squeegee!!
