sunday batch of redemtion pro?
Anyone else have problems with it? Our team was getting a lot of barrel breaks. Went to go watch pros before our next point n saw Dave bains have similar trouble, (don't know if he was shooting same stuff) paint on Friday n sat were good, today was straight garbage.

Damage shoots GI paint in the PSP/NPPL. exceptions are made for the Pro divisions to honor sponsorships for Kee/GI/Draxxxus paints.

From experience of fresh batch of paint, I put them by the sun or air them out..

if it was hot today there is no reason that paint should be so brittle. I would have been frustrated

We shot Axes, not one chop. Paint was more brittle than Friday but no chops. The Boss bolt handles fragile paint well!!

Yeah I was shooting an axe too with boss bolt. It was after we played you guys the chopping started. Idk, guess we were the only ones to suffer from it.

find it funny you have teams that go to national events that can't figure out how to manage paint. were you just opening up the cases and podding up? were you leaving bags open if it was way to brittle? cooling cases down if you are getting to many bounces?

yeah we had a turkey thermometer in every bag all day chilled to a perfect 21.6667 degrees celcius.. ..all the other cases we shot were fine, we just kept them out of the sun to prevent swelling.

Realistically had problems with the paint the entire season. When Valken ran out of pro for Sunday pro finals it cost the teams playing finals the tournament when they had to shoot redemption against teams using evil and GI. Good thing next year should be better for paint.

this may sound odd, but it might not be your marker. I've had rotors that blended their fair share of paint before. If you're using a rotor, have you turned down the tension settings?
As far as paint goes, I've gotten the most consistency from tourney grade evil.
I like GI's Imperial, but there have been a few occasions when I've found it to be unrealistically brittle. IE if your hopper isn't padded, running between bunkers causes paint to break.

I played fine with it Friday and Saturday, then Sunday came around and I was chopping at least twice a game. Took it all the way to the finals and was chopping still but dealt with it.

I find it hard to believe that putting paint in the sun will help anything. I bored up from a .689 to a .691 after a few barrel breaks and all was good. Lots of people think they can use a .685 in any scenario and be fine. BORE SIZE YOUR PAINT and turn down your rotor tension...lots of these issues will go away.
