Tuning a Geo2
So I just got a brand new Geo2 it is about broken in (15 cases or so) and I would like to tune it to get the best efficiency and a smooth shot...I'm familiar with the gun but not super savvy any help is greatly appreciated

From what I know there really isn't a way to tune PE guns. Just shoot em.

So basically I turn down the dwell until it drops the fps then I re chrono it back up and that is the most efficient? I'm guessing that is what you mean by swell tuning

you got a brand new geo2 that is broken in with 15 cases? lol, i think you need to figure out what you have first before you tune it. I don't think you can get it to shoot any smoother than it already is, not like you can put an upgraded geo2 bolt in it. And there isn't a SFR on it either, so it being broken in is probably the smoothest you can get.

You must have read it wrong, I got the gun brand new. Don't question my wording. I put about 15 cases through it myself from 0-15, so yeh brand new.

I didn't read it wrong, you worded it wrong yourself. You said "I just got a brand new geo2 with 15 cases in it." If you put 15 cases in it yourself, then you didn't JUST get it and with 15 cases through it, it's not BRAND NEW anymore. You should've said you bought a brand new geo2 which NOW has 15 cases through it. How retarded does this sound "my car is brand new with 100,000 miles on it"

i mix up some dow33 with gun oil and lightly lube the orings. this has worked with all the spoolie's i've shot over the years. works especially well in the winter.

What ratio do you mix? 50/50?
