Sly Profit next version by Valken?
We all know the Profits aren't the most perfect mask out there, but there are those among us (myself included) who love the fit and feel of this mask despite the breathability and hearing problems. To be honest, I can hear just fine in mine, but I digress.
There have been hints in here about a new version of the Profits in development at Valken since they bought Sly. Can anyone at Valken confirm or deny these rumours?
I'd love to have a more breathable version without sacrificing protection, or the awesome look and shape the mask has now. Also, for the love of god, PLEASE FIX THE DAMN PAINT RUBBING OFF THE LENS FRAMES on every goddamn mask out there. |

It's just paint. It's going to happen over time through abuse that our support naturally has.

After two weeks of using the mask, I don't believe any paint should be coming off, and not in the amount that it happens.
Obviously you have never owned a set of Profits? it's quite a common problem, ask anyone who has actually owned a pair.

Ok, here is my profits.
Now since I don't own a pair. I'll also tell you I don't take care of mine and wash after each use to ensure paint doesn't rest of it, I also don't dry them as well. you know, since I don't own a pair. |

I do wash and take care of mine, just like I baby all of my gear. Paint's still flaking off.

Trust me I would definitely pick one up - tried on my friend's and it was honestly the most comfortable mask I ever wore. No problems with breathing...just couldn't hear out of the damn thing and the issue with the paint coming off.
I can not wait to see this new and improved version.

All the orginal v1 sly profits had paint chipping issues. None of the new masks experience this issue. At least in the past 3 I have owned.

Well you found out. It may not be the answer you wanted. Pretty harsh to claim someone is lying. never know if they had production issues, still testing, or just plan someone forgot to ship them to cup.
