Totally agree with this statement. Which also feeds back into my previous comment is that its hard to truly enjoy a good beer when you're ****faced.
Give me a black and tan any day of the week.

It made it through customs without any issues. But the barrel backs, tip, asa and gun were just loose in the box without ANY packing material. ASA rail and eye cover were ****ed.

Oh, that's cause the silly Canuck that packed it was too busy watching red and green and eating moose cock to use packing materials.

1. Being super inebriated never appealed to me. Once I tried to get drunk, but I drank so much that I was more concerned about alcohol poisoning. Seriously. Almost a fifth of jose cuervo gold and I had a slight buzz and numbness at the tips. Nothing else.
2. Jordan. That would be utmost magnanimous ofnyou. Ive been eyeing this sar-1 for a while...
3. HAVE ANY OF YOU SEEN A DSG FOR SALE THAT IS POST 3RD RUN?!?!?! WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FIND???

BOS is Ban on Sight, right? If they're already BOS, why bother waiting to see them post? Can you not just ban the account outright regardless of more posts?
Just curious, since I'm not a MOD I don't know these things.

BOS is Ban On Sight. And yes, we can ban BOS people without them posting.

Damn Yelo had a lot of positive feedback...what security do we have as pbnation members if we do something wrong and risk being banned? Seems like I could contribute as a supporting member then get banned because of something I didn't mean.

Any one know why we pick on Canadians?? Cause they pick on themselves. It's all in fun. As for my 911 remark about those responsible, sometimes things just come out racially motivated. Either way, I've said my peace.

The warning/infraction system is actually a safeguard against that. Before what we have now, the way it worked was "Member X made a BST post somewhere other than the BST section". Moderator spots it, requests a 3-day ban from a Mega/Admin. Member X is banned for 3 days. 3 temps would get you a perm, 3 perms would get you BOS'd. Now, what we have is a scale that allows for an occassional "oops" on a member's part. There's point values attached to various infractions, and we have some other tools that we can use, too. Most are 1- or 2-point infractions that don't ban someone on their own. Some are more serious, but what gets most people is point accumulation. Serial offenders wind up getting banned because they can't stop themselves from operating outside the rules.
As much as people think the system sucks, it's a TON better than the old way. Even for people who chronically break the rules.

I think a bigger factor is the perceived tone and frequency of comments. I'm not sure the mods want to waste their time with a single off color comment.
