When I put the velocity around 280 fps on my hyper 3 reg, which is on my reflex rail it will start to leak a bit. But if I set it around 270 fps its fine. any suggestions on how to fix it?

First track down the leak, then fix it from there.

It's from the bottom of hyper 3 reg. It's on the inside and easily heard. It's hard to pinpoint since I cant run air through and have the reg apart at the same time.

the bottom i would just take the reg apart and all the orings and relube them.. i don't know the hyper 3 but there is usually orings down there at what you call the bottom near or on the adjustment screw

Check your o-rings, and give any threads a nice layer of teflon tape.

Make sure the current o-rings have no cracks and are properly lubed (with the correct lube) and if some need to be replaced, make sure you replace them with the right sized o-rings.
