I dont know why anyone purchases from ANS gear Anymore... For those of you who make purchases from them and get screwed over somehow, i have no sympathy for you. There are lots and i mean LOTS of threads, posts, etc. out there on the internet of bad stories with ans gear. I have personally never done business with them because of all the horror stories i hear about them. I hear stories about their horrible customer service, slow processing, sending broken items, etc. Do some research before buying from a company, especially when buying online, and you wouldnt have this problem. I only buy from paintball retailers than have great reviews about them. Like compulsive or RockStar Tactical for example.

Non-working isn't ANS's fault unless someone there jumped up and down on it. THey are the Distributor, not the manufacturer.
Did they no offer you RMA service to get the non-working Marker Returned?
Anything made by man can and will Fail. It is how they support you as the client that is a true statement of the company.

No. No refund. I sell retail and if any of the machines i sell are broken i replace it or refund them not tell them to call the manufacturers and deal with it.

Okay in that case I do agree yes.
There are some instances (Motherboards/UPS units) that you have to call tech support first before being allowed to RMA at the store but beyond that you should get a replacement for an OOBF..

ANSgear is a good site. I have used them twice so far and will again in the future. I just got sucked in and bought the $25 mystery box today. My only 2 complaints i have with ANS is 1) Shipping is a little pricey, my $25 mystery box cost me $17 to ship. $25 box turned into a $42 box. I better get some good stuff. lol And 2) I bought the Redz 2 pack squeegees and they sent me Valken squeegees. I saw one other persons feedback on the redz squeegees and he had the same problem, i thought it was just a mixup for him so i bought anyway. I opened the box to see Valken squeegees, i was actually pretty upset. Even though they are the same price and almost the same thing, i was amazed how they could let me buy the redz and then knowingly send me valken without telling me that they have no redz and either letting me choose a different brand or ask me if it was okay to send the valken. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
Anyways....I still like ANSgear and will order from them in the future. But if you decide to use ANS...DO NOT BUY REDZ SQUEEGEES...unless you want Valken...

I've ordered on 4 separate occasions this year from ANS, and 3 out of the 4 orders were messed up in some way or another. I'll be looking elsewhere for my next purchase for sure.

I look at it this way. I have to work to earn my money. And ANS should have to earn their money as well. Sending a customer a non-working item and then telling them to go back to the manufacturer is not "working" to earn their money in my opinion. For them to earn my money, I need to have a working product in my hand.

I regularly order from ANS, and the only time my order was messed up they did fix it.
Although the horror stories of the site are quite common, so I consider myself lucky.

I have mixed emotions about these guys. In the past 2-3 months I have bought roughly 600-700 dollars worth of product. Normally ok to deal with, slightly slow on shipping, but ok to deal with as I always order ahead of the time I'm going need my product. But this last time upset me A LOT! Bought two lenses for my i4s and they were shipped in a usps mail bag, not a box! And I contacted cs and asked them y they shipped n over $100 order in a bag, let only lenses in a bag. Their response was it was the cheapest way to ship...so I asked the if they had been broken the what would I have to do and they responded with take it up with usps. Secondly they shipped my order incomplete due to back order, cool I don't mind that, but would not provide me a second tracking order. I am currently looking for a different site to domy ordering from.

I'll never do business with them again. Bought a V35 halo b board that was DOA and they wouldn't do anything about it. Referred me to the mfg, who I'm not even sure is legit. Right away they said they'd send me a new board, that was a month ago. I've emailed them twice and both time they said it was sent but I've seen nothing. I wouldn't put it past ansgear to create a fake email account and pull this kind of BS. This is after I bought a G7 CP regulator adapter. I get my order and its missing, says backordered and would ship 10/4. Once I week I email asking if its come in, they keep saying "should be in soon."
So beware, anything they list on the website may or may not be in stock and you could be waiting months before you get what you paid for. That is if its not DOA and they refer you to some other outfit that jerks you around.
Never again ansgear.

Been ordering from them off and on for years. Only had 1 problem - once, i ordered a purple GXG shemaugh with a bunch of other stuff, but i received a brown one. I just kept it, not like i even wore it ever, anyway. Everything else i've ever ordered, from guns to peripherals to parts, have all been just fine.
