Outraged by the lack of safety and research by television networks on Paintball

I've have been researching television shows that do an episode
that have paintball involved in their storyline or plot.
The fact that they are only wearing goggles and not a full mask, barrel plugs and not barrel condoms, and while on field they have their mask/goggles off during play is rediculous!

As a whole, manufacturers, event coordinators, stores, websites and players should unite to call out these blatant media facts go e wrong.

Paintball has already been made to look like an accident ridden sport by the news and medical professionals.
All of which is untrue.

It's just a sport that doesn't have the ability to court the media with money via commercials.
More people cause damage and have accidents with golf, baseball, football, ATVs
and I could go on.

I'm calling out the leaders of our sport to head up a movement against such playing misnomers.

Welcome to the world of Hollywood, where it is considered impolite to do two things, 1, turn your back to the audience and 2, not show an actors face.

Remember, they're acting like they are playing paintball, not actually playing paintball. Hollywood has been at the forefront of some new mask designs in diving, due to this very factor about actors faces. They have designed full face dive masks so you could actually see an actors face while they're shooting a scuba diving scene, hard for an actor to show surprise on their face when you can't see it.

Anyway, yes some of the portrails are inaccurate and can lead to some poor assumptions, but remember they're only acting when they take out a "real" uzi and mow down a crowd of people. Art is meant to imitate life, not life imitate art.
