Looking at the NPPL Division 4 scores for Vegas here:

It lists "D4 7-man", "D4 5-man", and "Division 4" (<- at the very bottom of the page)

Whats the difference between the "D4 5-man" and "Division 4"?

Division 4 5man

Division 4 Race format

So you have straight 5-man games where you play one game and win or lose and race format where you play 7 on 7 matches consisting of numerous games all counting as points within a set time amount of time. Whoever has the most points at the end of time or whomever reaches a certain number of points first wins the match.
