How long does it usually take for DLX to replay to emails??? I called them and they said it was best to email them so I did that on Tues. and still havent recieved a reply...
I need a black reg spring so I can get my luxe shooting at reguler velocity. asap

It probably wouldn't hurt to double email them, sometimes they get backed up/busy and every now and again they simply forget to reply. Happens, people make mistakes. Let us know how it goes man.

Same thing, I talked to Daryl and he said email them and they would get the spring shipped out. Never recieved a reply to my email so I sent a follow up, no reply there either but I did get my spring along with a back cap a few days later and then recieved another spring and back cap 2 days after that. Would be nice to receive some sort of follow up email but obviously they are on the ball I just hate being in limbo. Their customer support seems A+ which makes me feel better about buying a $1500 gun and having the peace of mind that if something goes wrong they will be there to help you out.

Yea just got home from the field last night and the spring was waiting for me. Very pleased.... its jyst annoying you don't get any confirmation email lol.

I can't say I'm completely thrilled with DLX customer service. I bought a brand new 2.0 five weeks ago. Well Saturday the eyes stopped working. On or off they wouldn't light up. Well I fooled around with them for a few mins. I ended up getting them to glow again but even though they glowed it still wasn't working, it would still fire with the eyes on. My gun is extremely well cared for as I'm sure many of you guys are with your guns when you pay $1500.00 for a gun you feel more obligated to take care of it. Anyway, DLX tech said I would have to send it in to be fixed. I told the tech im not sending my gun in for a simple fix that i can do myself and i would just purchase a new set of eyes and he transferred me to the sales lady. This pissed me off and I expressed my frustration to the lady while making my purchase. She did end up sending me the eyes for free and I purchased another set because she said the tech explained to her that the eyes are more of a maintenance item that are very easily damaged. They said that just rubbing a swab thru the gun could damage the eyes. I don't consider the eyes a maintenance item and if they are I don't think 5 weeks and 8 cases of quality paint they should need to be changed or stop working. Although they did make it right to me I don't like having to express my frustration to get the right thing done after I just spent $1500.00 just over a month ago.

Eyes are one of the easiest parts on any marker to break. Try getting any paintball company outside of DLX to replace your eyes for free, good luck. DLX has been covering Luxe parts and service for people who are probably the 5th person to own the luxe and DLX has yet to give anyone I am aware of any issues. My luxe is serial #75 and they have replaced 4 pieces for me in the last few months alone.

Problem is they didnt want to replace my eyes, I didnt break my eyes either, they quit in the middle of a game. They were working then all of a sudden stopped. Especially doing no more than removing the eye covers to clean paint residue out is considered being harsh or hard on equipment. How they say eyes are a maintenance item doesnt make sense. Believe me I am not hating on DLX at all, and I appreciate them sending me a new set. But I think being told to send a gun in to replace eyes is stupid. I would be without my purchase for 2-3 weeks and that simply isnt ok at this point as I have 2 tournaments in 3 weeks. I havent picked up my ego 11 since I got my Luxe. The reason for that is I love the Luxe and dont wanna shoot anything else.
