Those teams would make it over a second SEC team if they have 1 loss. If there is a single 1 loss SEC team though they will be in the title game.
Even with a down year the SEC is still leaps and bounds tougher than playing in the ACC where there is no defense and your toughest game is Clemson (lol). Oregon would definitely get in undefeated, but they would be playing a 1 loss SEC team.

I wanna disagree but I think you're right.
but I really don't see bama losing. All the "tough" games they were suppose to have this year, the teams are worse than believed at the start of the season. As much as SEC fans make fun of other conferences teams not playing anyone, bama has a cakewalk.

Depends which teams and which conferences. The only undefeated that would go ahead of a 1 loss SEC team right now is Oregon. Again, as down as the SEC is this year it's miles ahead of all the other leagues.
