Velocity Spring Kits
Has anyone ever used these? kinda thinking about getting them.
Have a 98c, RT, cyclone, polished internals with rear velocity adjustment

Yep, I had the bt version of them. Came in handy although I never used the ones that were lighter than the stock spring.

You can never go wrong with a spring kit, especially if you are using a RVA. Personally I would back the FVA out all the way and use the RVA to adjust my velocity. Just make sure you install one of the springs that are weaker than stock.

Thats what I've been doing with the stock spring, wouldnt the weaker spring than stock decrease my velocity?

If you back the FVA all the way out you will be at maximum velocity, which can be well above 300 fps. The weaker main spring will allow you to use the RVA to increase or decrease your velocity as needed.

Got the same kit off eBay. Put the medium spring on my 98. Velocity range over 300 fps no problem adjusting down to 280 fps.
