with a 400-500 psi tank on my demon, 3 turns on the HPR is about 240-250fps, I had to back down the little screw next to the velocity adjuster that allowed the velocity adjustment screw to back out even more in order to get mine to chrony at 280.. I think my HPR was like 5 turns or something.
if youve been chronying at 280 with 3 turns in the past then disregard what I said

I'm not sure. Ive only got to use the thing once, when it arrived it had a bad qev, did the whole puff puff bang deal, I talked on the phone with frank and I put a drop of oil in the asa and that was what fixed it. Now it is just low fps. I've only shot one case through it. Please reply asap, Im very frustrated and just want my gun to work so I can go ball this weekend

Have you serviced the regulator. Check to make sure the adjuster o-rings are in good shape. Also, check the QEV cap an make sure there are no metal shavings or debris in it, I have seen this multiple times.

The hpr is in great shape and yes, I serviced it last night. I have class until 5:30 so when I get home, I'll look in the qev cap. If that is clear, what else could be causing this? All of the 007 orings in the hpr are perfect, just like the rest of them and the drive train orings are good, I have the pooty polished bolt if that means anything

I do, so that's another thing I will try when I get home, I think I will bust out laughing if the bolt is the culprit, I don't think it would but you never know all I can say is pooty will be getting a call from me if it is

The pooty bolt is the problem haha, I put the original in and it was right at 300 +/- 2, I could not believe it, I shot a whole pod with every ball over the chrony and could not believe it, then shot another pod at 15 psp without a single hiccup

on my demon, if i lightly pull the trigger, the noid will fire twice (sometimes more) after the initial pull on the release of the trigger (think auto response). im thinking bad microswitch?
also, if i shoot over about 6 bps, guns puffs and will barely shoot. i can shoot about 5-6bps perfectly fine. didnt start happening till i was halfway through a case the other day. seems like a QEV problem, but just wanted to make sure before I buy a QEV/send it to vangaurd for the 2013 bolt/manifold upgrade

No I have not. I don't think it's something that simple. Eyes off it doesn't eve reach 8bps, eyes on it hits 15 but chops every other ball or so

Chopping could be bolt tip oring, I'm not an expert but I have been learning a lot about the demon lately, never a bad thing I would just wait and a vanguard tech will throw some answers your way they have greatly helped me out when I didn't know a thing lol

Can anybody tell me stock settings for the creed?
Like stated, my creed is slow with eyes on, eyes off it chops almost every other ball..
With my eyes on, first shot says there is a ball in the chamber, after that there is just a yellow exclamation point?

Clean your eyes and the holes they sit in. If that doesn't work, try upping your eye sensitivity setting.

I've cleaned my eyes, also the holes they sit in
Bumped up my sensitivity to 15, says there is a ball in when I put my finger in the breech ( still has the yellow exclamation point ) after I pull the trigger, a yellow exclamation point pops up bigger. If I take my finger out, then pull the trigger the 4 red rings pop back up with the exclamation point, then when I put my finger back in the breech it does the same thing

when I shoot my demon, It shoots +/- 3 over the chrono and shoots super smooth. when I do shoot though, I can feel a puff of air coming from in between the grip frame, right above the screen. it almost reminds me of a geo 2 when you shoot it. it shoots good but it's affecting my air efficiency and I never had the problem with my first demon. and ideas? I feel it could possibly be the diaphragm or something.

It's completely normal for you to feel the air vent in that area on ALL spool valve markers after a trigger pull. Don't worry about it.
