Every time I go to make a review, the screen goes white, but has a PbN message saying "D'oh!" and how you guys messed something up and that you're working on fixing it, try to refresh (hyperlinks to refresh page command).

You refresh, it goes into pure blank page. Nothing gets posted.


What gives? It's really bothersome because I've already saved 12 of the reviews onto word because of not being able to post them here.

Do you have a product in particular that is erroring on you? We had a couple of bugs in the review stuff that I thought I had fixed, and I am able to submit reviews for products w/o an issue. I might ahve missed something, so if you can give me the steps you are taking to cause an error, I'll gladly fix it up for you.

I had someone at the field tell me this the other day as well. He couldn't give me specific steps he took, and I was able to submit reviews when I tried.

It is really on everything. The bulk of my reviews were on circuit boards, but essentially they are just the steps on making a review in general.

Go the the reviews, write one and add rating, then submit it. Blank page ensues.

Yeah, I tried that on several accounts and it works just fine for me. Can you view the page source and paste the SQL error perhaps?
