Which barrel would be more accurate or would you even be able to tell the difference?

14" 1 piece barrel @ .684 VS 14" FREAK like style barrel with inserts @ .684

I only ask because I am curious if the bore length controlling the ball longer would affect it noticeably.

Not going to be noticeably different. There may be an EXTREMELY small difference, but not that you'll be able to see with your eyes.

The one shooting the better paint will be more accurate. Seriously though, the paintball itself is so imperfect that every single last test can be skewed by 1-2 poorly shaped or filled balls. Stop looking for the miracle barrel and invest in your paint.
