Chrono is to check your FPS to ensure you're not shooting too fast, you can hurt someone. Your local field will tell you what their FPS rule is, I haven't seen one in awhile thats higher than 285fps. The one closest to me is 270, so when I go I adjust my gun down to 265ish.
