i love your videos of lower divisions as i think.....think.... you are a lower division player.....your pro vids to me lack that "i play at this level" video which shows emotion and the "GRIND".....Thats why i think i like Templeton's Grind vids....he plays at that level n really shows me the intensity and struggle of that level (which these vids seem to do for me).....either way IMO you put out some of the highest quality vids on here.....Good Sh!t

I appreciate your input. And I do agree that most of my pro mixes lack the intensity that other videographers bring to the table. However, I believe that I have experienced "the intensity and struggle" of the pro division. Most of Chicago Aftershock consists of my former team mates, as well 5 Houston Heat players being guys I played with and against while growing up. No, I haven't truly experienced play at the professional level, but I have a good understanding of what it takes to play against the worlds best.
I believe my videos don't do a very good job of showing the emotion and the grind of pro players because of my lack of editing skills. I have yet to truly develop a solid editing style/technique. In my opinion, the only thing separating the videos that go viral, and the videos that are just so so, is the creativity brought to life in post production.
PBFashion/Cassidy is one of the best editors in the business, and his videos showcase that. Anyone would agree that his videos are ten times better than mine, but is he ten times better at filming..? It's honestly his editing and motion graphics that separate him from the scrubby dubby's like me. |

I dont film or edit but i watch alot. I couldnt tell you what makes the video (post production, editing, filming, etc) Your videos i think have some of the best editing on here. Hk has butloads of $ and I assume you dont. Your vids are going to get better as you gain support. I seem to like your showcases better then the big fancy HK vids, maybe not think they are better but i can watch your vids over and over and HK i get tired of after a couple times.....and it seems your area produces high quality players lol
