Hey all.
Long story - received a "MT FLY" lcd that apparently was drilled while drunk. I managed to rescue it by drilling out for DM eyes and re-align the holes. All is well and good, totally assembled, go to put the volly on and find the lpr edge banged in and threads screwed up.
No idea how I never noticed this. I attempted repair - not sure i didnt do more damage.
So - either need to find/borrow an M19x0.75 tap, or send to BOB/TAG for repair.
I live in the sticks, so there is no "local machine shop". Doubt they would have the right size anyway.
There are decent threads, just the front two are shredded so it never grabs.
opinions? (you can skip the "dont bother ace'd guns suck line", i disagree).
