Yes, you can make it do both burst or fully automatic. How to get it to do it depends on your board.
If your board is stock, you should be able to learn how to change the settings from the manual.

After the first three shots are fired, and you keep pulling the trigger atleast once every 1 sec, the gun will then add shots and fire 3 shots per trigger pull.
is it?

It will add two shots to the trigger pull, one on the pull and one on the release.
