Should we still plan on an event Oct. 13th? Maybe at Liberty? I wouldn't mind pushing it back a few weeks if there will only be three teams and maybe only two events before nationals.

october 13th really close but its up to each school to decide what they want to do. im guessing only doing two events. one each semester. one at lu one down at nitro.

i would prefer to push it back. getting that funding this soon would be really difficult considering it takes us 2 weeks to get a check back

For now, plan as if it will be a 3 team conference: UT, Liberty, Kennesaw.

I saw another post about the desire to push the date back, ut says the same. We request either October 27 or November 3. This would allow us enough time for our fundraiser, a practice, and event. Our funding should be there as well. Does anyone else have an opinion?

the mscc aa is trying to plan an event in november i think? who knows i tried to set one up but they don't have a clue what they want.

haha that would be interesting. conflicting play time would be an issue though. i think the nov 10th would be off limits now we may be hosting an AA down here that weekend. what about nov. 17th?

Nov. 17th is ok with us, but we might want to have that one at Nitro that close to winter. Nov. 3rd is ok too. Spencer, what do you think about hosting a scrimmage on Oct. 13th or 14th? Or Nov. 4th if the event is on the 17th.

We would be open to a scrimmage any time! Just let me know when and we can set it up. I know mario would love to have you guys. We could even play the nov event by ear and solidify it a week or two before based on how cold it is getting virginia depending if we pick the latter event. It doesn't take but a day to get the paperwork through. What do you guys think todd?

I would rather hold the fall event at nitro for a few reasons.
1. We just hosted an AA event. (Lots of stress on me)
2. Weather may become a concern in Nov.

Completely up to you guys. Talked to Mario and he is more than happy to host nov. 17th. The 10th will be the AA event. The 3rd is unavailable due to a scenario event that is taking place at Nitro. We could even discuss having the event another day if this doesn't seem to work or two regional events in the spring if thats possible.

Hey guys. sorry for the delay... my daughter was in the hospital until last night. It is possible to hold the first event at LU. I guess that is really the only option now... We can't do Nov. 17 because that is during thanksgiving break.
I will talk to my club sports office tomorrow about hosting Nov. 3rd.
I will let you all know ASAP.
