K so I want to anno this gun a green to yellow fade with red ram sleeve and some other red accents but due to previous owner going screwdriver happy I have this





So I don't want to spend the money on anno until. I get this fixed but how is the question will they fix before they anno should I have blast fix it If I have a friend of mine run a Cnc in it and skim it down dremmel :/

Any ideas


Here's how I have it waiting to be fixed then anno it would have a cp Asa over the BL direct mount

was it punctured? or are those just scratches? err gouges.

Gouges no damage still shoots fine just looks horrible when you take the cover off

It's not ideal, but I dont think its too much damage. Go out and get some sand paper and you can probably smooth it out a little bit. How often do you plan on taking the eye covers off? I think its salvageable.

Not often just when eyes need to be cleaned but If I ever sell it I don't want to sell something thats a piece so I'd like to fix it cause I know it's there even if it's never seen.

I work at a machine shop and build mechanical seals for pumps so I have the tools just don't want to jump into it with the wrong tool. A dremel u risk rounding off the edges that's why I was thinking pay machinist a case of beer and he could touch it up in the Cnc

I mean if I cant fix it I only spent 250 on whole gun with different parts that I stole for my other Timmy projects so this is a leftover parts gun.
Hence the gold trinity block.

I wouldn't waste time/money to fix something that's not visible. As long as you tell the next owner about it they'll most likely be fine. Also, you can pick up Alias bodies cheap in BST, IOG, eBay... since we use every other Alias part to 2k5 nicer bodies.

there are some marks on the body and edge of the eye cover seat that I would definitely spend $5 and 60 minutes on to sand out a little bit.

^^ I agree also I know I can get a nicer body for 35 dollars but that's not me I like to tinker with guns I have 30+ with about 4 apart I enjoy project builds and since I no longer have a garage to build bagged trucks I went back to my hobby of paintball and skeet shooting.

I can't imagine what the prior owner was doing. Just my 2 cents... If it's not visible wouldn't worry bout it. Let us know how the new anno comes out, and it's ok to put the eye covers on first. LOL
