Nt10 programing issue.

I can't get it into programming mode. I do exactly what the manual says my putting both dip switches to on but it won't cycle through the colors and allow me to make setting adjustments. Please help!

Are you sure its a stock board?
Once both dip switches are up you need to turn it off then back on...
If that doesnt work you'll need to pick up a new board. (assuming its not aftermarket)

How can I tell? I can't find a virtue or Tadao logo on it so I'm assuming its stock.

Thats a stock board. If your trying to put the gun in program mode both switches need to be up, not down like u have them now

That's just what they happen to be on when I took the picture. I put them both up but nothing happened.

So I've come to the conclusion that the dip switch is screwed on my board. It just won't go into programming mode. A little aggravating but atleast dye stock boards are only $50.
