low velocity

I've been struggling with getting the velocity up on my clone GT recently. On stock setting it's around 200 fps. I had to bump dwell up to 14ms to get it into 270's range. Even then, it seems that velocity is not really changing when i turn the reg in and out.

I have already replaced the bolt switch oring and the valve o-rings even though there was no nick on them. The gun is not overlubed. I there anything else that I could be missing?

I'm only going to mention this since I've seen several people adjusting their velocity incorrectly. Are you using a 1/8" allen and actually turning the adjuster, or are you using a 1/4" allen and turning the entire reg in and out?

Check to see if what Mark said above is whats going on first.

Few things to check,
Try lubing the drive alittle more.
Reset the board to factory settings.
Replace rear most power tube oring.
Make sure oring on hpr piston is sealing.

Test these items and get back to me please.
