is this server only up sometimes? or something, I just downloaded it.. and tried to connect to 72.233.56.8:27015 but nothing.. cant even add it to favs

Alright guys I've got a dedicated server running. Title is A-Rabs United Server. Just got it running so I still have some configuring to do. If anyone has maps for me or knows where to get them (mostly speedball/airball) let me know.
