Autococker internal hammer sizes

I'm building a black magic eblade cocker but the hammer I have is a Lil to big. It's my 4th cocker & never ran across this problem. Does the size vary by generation like pre 2k/post 2k or is it more of a brand. Please & thank you for your help.

I believe the autococker SR and the 2k6 half block version of the black magic have a smaller lower tube diameter. Not absolutely sure though.. and have no idea why they changed it.

it could be that the hammer is from an 11/16 body, like a merlin so it wouldnt fit. they're bigger because the valve is bigger for more air to pass through

Lower tube on the "odd balls" is the same size as the Merlin.

i am looking at a hammer from a trilogy (11/16" valve), and one from an outkast (standard valve). the hammers are the same size.

i'm going to have to agree. hammer shoudl be a little under 11/16 and ivg thread for all bodies are the same size thread so a hammer should bet a little smaller than the ivg threading size.

The hammer I've tried is from a pre2k right feed cocker and some other unknown one both are slightly to large. I have a 2k cocker but have a event in a few days and don't wanna mess with it atm.

I just wanna make sure the 11/16 - standard hammer size will fit before I shell out the cash for another one that won't fit. Thanks for all your advice and help.
