After cancelling my ASM subsription through paypal, Im still getting billed?
I cancelled my asm payment through paypal exactly 1 week ago. Today I open my electronic statement and I was billed twice for it? Any explanation would be great.
If you got billed twice, then chances are you had two subscriptions active. If you can give me the transaction numbers, I'll make sure they are cancelled and refunded.
