JT Flex Bottom on E-Flex?
So I have an all black events and would like to add some color to it. Thinking about maybe getting a JT Flex Bottom for it but will the sides stick out more than the E-Flex bottoms do?

Whoa, hold up. You won't be able to put flex bottoms on a pair of EVENTS. Only E-Flex.

They are 100% compatible but they will stick out slightly farther. Not enough to notice. I still think the Proflex bottoms provide a little better breathe-ability.

the inner holes on the eflexes are larger than on the proflex, the inner pins fall out easily so be careful

Yes, the eflex and proflex have interchangeable parts. I just picked up a pair of white flex bottoms for this reason!

You have to make sure they are pushed in all the way. They click when they lock in and are hard to push threw the holes. They also lock into different holes then the original bottoms. I didn't have any issue with getting mine to stay on. There is no need for glue. If you're trying to get the boat bottoms on they don't fit without modification. All the boat bottoms I have seen don't seem safe to use.

It is pretty easy to tell if they are in all the way. Look into the mask and see if the base of the pointed tip is through the hole, the tips are shaped like tiny x-mas trees for lack of a better description and the fattest part of that must get all the way through the hole.

Yea the whole point goes in past the flanges but they still fall out so easy.

Your bottoms could be too worn then. No issues with my JT bottoms and my Eflex frame.

no to everyone here ... they don't fit like empire said they do,
if your lock in tight your lucky, the flex and eflex bottoms have a different size flange and while the eflex flange (center) is xmas tree shaped, the jt bottoms are penis shaped (no edge to catch, just rounded out)
if your dealing with a sore loser that doesn't know how to call themselves out and gets mad.... make sure he don't go on a rampage and peppers your mask with paint..... the bottoms will fall off (trust me)

Proflex bottoms are also softer than Eflex bottoms, just as a side not.
