I think Sr's plan is an excellent way to go. At our age we just don't know if we will even be playing in 2 years. Things just start breaking down after about 50. (maybe you can give negative points for knee operations, heart medications, hearing aids etc??) If the older guys can stay where we can still contribute to a team we have the incentive to bring some of the younger kids along as a team. They almost always learn from the more experienced guys in team building and finances if nothing else.
