I know exactly what is being said, and I agree. But if you have great paint and a ****ty barrel with burrs, scuffs or scratches your still not gonna have great accuracy. They work together.

Obviously a scarred inner hone will lead to problems, but we weren't talking about damaged barrels vs. undamaged ones, now were we?

No were not, but we are comparing good paint to bad paint, to every action there is a reaction. It can work both ways, Im saying that at some point you have to have a good equal. And when it gets down to facts a oversized/undersized barrel that does not make a good match with the paint still wont give good results. So in fact the barrel does play a part in accuracy as its job is to guide and help the ball achieve a stright flight path that once it exits the barrel it is up to the paint to get the job done.
