We did order a new 2012 PSP Bunker Kit which will be here this week that will be available for use for the event. Turf dimensions are 120x180 so we can fit any layout/format need from old PSP to NPPL.


RIT will be in touch with me later this week to finalize what they will need from us setup wise.

Like Mike said though it will be a PSP layout on PSP field length. We will be using the RIT NPPL bunkers and just exchange out for the ones we don't have that the PSP uses.

For example we will have our towers, temples, cans, doritos, small cakes, etc. We will pull in the new snake beams, the A, the races, pins, and tall cakes.

People should definitely reach out to the schools they know and get the ball rolling on more teams!

Attention: after discussion with NCPA and other concerned parties we have decided to change the layout to the NCPA layout #3. This will fix both any bunker issues as well as bring the first NEIC tournament in line with the new NCPA hosting requirements.

Correction: They did get a full new field, and it's up now. RIT wants the event they're organizing and hosting to be held on the bunkers they paid for, leave em alone :p . It's great they've taken the time to organize this for us, I'm excited to play!

Yeah there won't be any difference between the bunkers used for the field and the one on the layout. We will sub in bunkers so it matches exactly. We just want any media/recognition to go to our school. That way it helps promote our club and make it more official so when it comes time for funding we get more. Then we can play more events and/or eventually work so that years down the road we can fight again for a field on campus property.

Besides, its all just jealousy that our club has the money to buy them!
