I have a luxe 1.0 board and one of the prongs to insert the battery into the board is broken ill have pictures up soon but i am wondering if i need a new board or if i could get my local paintball technician to fix it thanks

Glue it back into place
Edit: now using my common sence don't do that it will most likely shirt circuit your gun , post pics then I'll pm you a solution if possible

that might work how will it short circuit it? and i got pics up like right now and i can take them with a nice camera if preffered

Because if it is not properly in the board the electricity from the battery will fry the board and all that stuff I'll look at the pics real quick

Try using the camera it's really hard to see what your talking about

Try using the camera it's really hard to see what your talking about

well i dont have a macro lense on my canon and it wont focus but you know how theres two prongs sticking up? well one of them broke of cause previous owner jammes the battery in too hard

im just gonna get a new board it looks like it cant be fixed do you think i should get the 1.0 or 2.0 board and what would i need to order? just a new circiut board?

I am pretty sure you can fix that, if you find the part that is. Call DLX and ask them if they will sell you just that tiny piece. Taking off the old one and putting in the new one will require soldering.

You're probably going to need a new board man. The boards are lacquer coated (or some other conductor layering the board) and if it's snapped clean off I doubt a small solder job will do.

yea i just ordered a 2.0 board i called dlx and they said they cant fix it

Well at least you got the new technology man! (Except I prefer the 1.5 w/out the bugs to the 2.0 board. The voices and animation are annoying to me honestly)
