Just wondering if anyone has ordered anything from WWA recently as I ordered a pump kit from them 2 weeks ago and still have not received anything, though the website said they were in stock. I also emailed them before and after the order and have not received any replies, so I'm just wondering if someone can confirm that they're still in business. Perhaps it's just slow shipping from CA to IL

It shouldn't take 2 weeks from CA to IL. I live in Peoria Illinois and it only takes like 4 to 5 days to get things from ANSGear with the free shipping. At most a week.

WWA is notorious for terrible customer service and ridiculously long wait times.
i once sent a gun there, it sat for over 6 months and came back un touched. Do a search...

Yikes... probably should have done a search before I sent in my order+payment. We'll see, I'll let you all know if I get it soon. It's hard to find pump kits for mini's these days.

Yeah, you probably should have searched before placing your order. I still haven't gotten my order from like two years ago. It's been so long I forgot what I ordered

Do yourself a favor and cancel the payment with whatever way you paid, hopefully it was payapl. there is an 80% chance you will never see anything. people have had better luck buying through ebay but even then communication is non existant. you will NEVER hear from WWA.
CCM just produced a batch of mini pump kits, dunno if any are left, and you could also hit up pbgateway to see if they have any check-it kits as a last resort

So here's an email I received from PayPal 4 days after submitting my order as well as what the USPS tracking page says. Does this mean it shipped and is taking a while to get here (with the holiday and all), or was this just automated by Paypal? If someone more in-the-know could help, thanks. (Note, personal info removed for obvious reasons)

ya but technically it might not update till you receive it because its just delivery conformation. i have had plenty of times is says electronic shipping notification received then the day it goes out for delivery it updates.

Fingers crossed. Thanks for everyone's help... I'll give it the rest of the week then probably cancel.

I bought from him a few years ago, and was pleased. He is known for long wait times, idk about ripping people off though.

Here's a similar thread: http://www.mcarterbrown.com/forums/d...rsmithing.html
I would go ahead and just open a dispute as soon as paypal allows.
That shipping label means nothing, just that he printed one off. The tracking info is updated the day it is dropped off at the post office, so nothing has been shipped in your case.

I purchased a pump kit from him way back when he started his own kits. Didn't have any issues with shipping and other stuff I purchased from WWA in the past. Hope you find a resolution to your order.

Emailed him a while ago about a phantom barrel - I never got a response. Additionally his website hasn't been updated in years - a lot of the "in stock" figures are years old.
I would call paypal and explain the situation.

Okay, still no word from WWA even after opening a dispute (and now a claim) on PayPal. So, I'm still in the market for a pump kit. Below are my current three options (I am putting this on a Psychoballistics Superbolt... I got a good one):
Option 1 ($100): Buy this pump (owner doesn't know what kit is on it...) and have spare parts or swap out black parts with blue parts on my Superbolt, for $100 the gun and pump kit costs about as much as a kit alone:
http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.p...141&highlight=
Option 2 ($75): Buy a Gat pump kit like the one shown here off of eBay:
http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.p...1#post76838500
Option 3 ($80): Buy a kit from this user on M.CarterBrown:
http://www.mcarterbrown.com/forums/d...pump-kits.html
I'm not real keen on paying $140 for a CCM kit as this is my first pump. Any input is welcome and appreciated! Thanks all!

wrong, superbolts are mini'd. so he would need the $140 mini pump kit.
buying that other marker might be the best route.
