Hogan's Alley Paintball in Meriden, CT will be hosting a 3-man tournament on Sunday, October 21st, 2012.

This tournament will have two divisions, Rookie & Novie; Entry fee is $80/team

We will be using Marballizer for the event paint and it will be $65 plus tax, per case.

Trophies for 1st-3rd for both divisions. Prizes awarded may include Hats, T-Shirts, Lanyards & field passes!

Pre-registration is required, you may pay either in person or with a credit card over the phone. We will be accepting teams until 7 pm on Wednesday, October 17th. Teams registering after that date will be subject to a late fee, so be sure to register early!

IMO "meh" prizes keeps the sandbagging down since we don't use an actual ranking system. Not gonna get teams entering just to run through kids and get the prizes to sell...

I can count 5 lines off hand that are going plus a bunch of single players that are trying to put teams up. Believe it or not some people aren't in it for the prizes all the time

No I agree with this too, I don't really care about prizes but that is REALLY expensive for a tournament that isn't going to be offering more serious prices. Usually, higher tournament costs are indicative of prizes- that way, teams that ARE in it for prizes still have to pony up a little cash first.

Of course, that's just my opinion.

that was the gravity league at Yankee Paintball and Steve brought home the bacon with a throw together team put together in the staging area 2 minutes before start of game
