I've contacted some turf vendors and its looking like roughly .50 a sq ft. is the normal going rate but shipping really sucks depending on where it is. If anyone is selling some turf or know of some football fields being taken out let me know. Just trying to plan for next year already.

Well, I dont have too much experience with turf, but I've been to alot of turf fields talk about it, thought about it but in the end the maintenance and the upkeep of it can become a hassle, rather then just mowing some nice green grass..
drainage is one of the main problems with turf, also you always have to readjust it/roll it
