I recently got a gen. 1 nme, wanted one for years and it has a fair bit of bounce. I've been trying to adjust the denounce but I'm not having any luck on finding a manual that helps. all the blue board in my fun says is "Shelly" please help

thank you. but still no luck. when I do as it says in the manual to adjust the settings, all I get is one flash orange then back to blinking green
