Use a dremel to notch it, then use a flat head screwdriver to back it out

A couple things to remember when looking is that this is an industrial solenoid made for the non-paintball world originally, and solenoid retailers will carry SMC model VQZ1151K-9G-X86. All you'd need then is the correct wiring, which I'm sure harju has. Additionally, this model solenoid was used in Dye's DM4/DM5/PM5, albeit with a different connector plug (again see harju for the right one). The point is you can look in partout threads for those guns and try to scavenge there.

Occasionally, airsoldier.com will also have some of these in stock, brand new. Again, they may or not have the correct connector on them, depending...

I found out the hard way when dealing with these, but the easiest way to obtain parts is to buy a working marker, scavange what you need off of it, and sell the rest in bits.

Working Bare Bones Matrix: $70-$90 on eBay
Working Noid: $75 on eBay

Just saw this thread, I have two solenoids in my parts box. Send me a PM if you still need one.

If you still don't have one, here's two for $50 each.
