DM6 Leak :(

I put a cp reg on my dm6 and I had the adjustment screw set all the way out thinking that meant that it was at the lowest pressure possible. Now im getting this leak through the side of my grip. Im thinking it is my noid leaking. I put the original hyper reg on the gun again but the leak persists. Is it possible i just screwed up the solenoid gasket or is it possible i blew the noid? I would have thought the lpr would have prevented possible damage to the noid. If anyone can give me suggestions it would be appreciated

Yes it is possible you just let a lot of psi get to that noid...

it is possible that what happened? that the noid blew or that it just needs a gasket?

Chances are its orings in the noid or a gasket not blowing the actual noid

Hopefully that is the case. Are the o rings in the noid standard ones? I have medium repair kit for all dm markers, too bad it doesn't have a gasket

That shoukd have a gasket...as for inner noid orings those u should call dye for

I just looked through it and there is no gasket. I guess I am just going to have to take the frame off and try to pin point the leak. My local dye tech is over an hour away, I was just at the field today but didn't put the reg on until I got home.

I took the frame off and the leak is coming from the back half of the noid. Is it safe to say that it is the gasket?

The gasket is on the front/spool section of the solenoid, and doesn't leak too often on these guns because of it's captured design.

There are many things that could cause leaks from that area though. Bolt, LPR, solenoid. I would troubleshoot in that order.

Well i rebuilt the lpr and re-lubed the bolt. The gasket on the noid was looking pretty rough so i ordered a new one so hopefully that fixes it
