Dr. Mercy is seriously kicking my ***. I must have died at least 10 times so far.

Edit- lol this whole mission is bugged. He kept killing me because his grenades fly around the room following you endlessly. Once I finally killed him the item I was supposed to get from him flew through the wall and I can't get it.

got a shield that is not only better in normal stats than my old one, but hits anything that touches me for some pretty hefty damage.

Was it during the Top Gun side mission? This game really goes out of its way to make a reference sometimes.

Alright, so I finally got to play last night. Made it to level 7 on a Gunzerker. He's not as fun to play as I was hoping. Might restart with Zero. But god is this game fun.

Also to people saying the Zerker is not as fun as they were hoping......I say give him time. I thought meh kinda @ lower lvls but i found a good shield/class mod and have used some skill points into max health. With good weapons the Gunzerking skill does come in handy due to the ammo regen. I love it with the pistol/rifle combo i have - Just pack a good pistol/rifle/snipe and ur golden.


I REALLLLLLY want to find a good corrosive gun to keep in my backpack for those GD loaders......

It's really strange playing an RPG where the enemies don't really scale the enemies too aggressively to your level. Just finished a sidequest that took me through the first area you come to and I was taking on lvl 3 bandits as a lvl 16 Siren. My phase lock explosion would kill people out right and my new guns are kind of OP even for enemies that are my level.

Got an amazing revolver and Gatling rifle from the slot machines. Also, **** the Mutated Badass Varkid. Had to use my precious rocket launcher ammo on them.

Anyone else playing as Axton/Commando. I am finding him kind of boring and think about switching to the Siren/Assassin.

finally had a chance to start playing this today. went with zero and so far have hit level 6. the gearbox weapons from preordering have been doing work for me, especially the sniper.

Same but at Level 5. Changed out the Sniper with the one you get from the side mission getting Fur, but it was doing a ton of work for me.

1 shot crit city.

Loving the game. Wish I wasn't sick and able to actually play.
