Hurt my back at work....
Hey Nation,
I've been out of paintball for 2 years and I was getting back in around the end of this month. Well that was until I hurt my lower back at work yesterday!! Awesome stuff huh?? Can't work (which is the worst part) and now I'm not to sure if I can start up paintball again in two weeks. Just wondering if anyone else has done this? Also if you have how long did you wait to start playing again once you healed??? I miss speedball like crazy!! Just wondering if I should wait 3 weeks... 5 weeks?? Help me out guys. Thanks
