Set up for a Luxe!
I figured I would introduce myself first, my name is Ben, I am a 15 year old kid from New York who enjoys paintball. I used to be into speedball but took a break due to a broken rib. After messing around with some pumps I found my pride and joy in a back bottled nelspot 007 with a 13/3000 tank. Anyway I wanted to get back into speedball and decided to sell my ccm t2 to get some money towards a luxe. I mostly play back, but to be honest I am quiet good at anything. I am tall and skinny which does me good anywhere on the field. I ended up playing back with my dm3 most of the time because it shot LAZERS, but was heavy. Back on track again, I shot a luxe and fell in love. I decided, that I was going to get one. I own a pinokio now and was wonder what is the best looking/functional hopper for my style of play? Should I keep my 45/4500 or trade it to my bud for a 68/4500? thanks in advance.

Definitely gonna want a 68/45 however it is kind of difficult to find the 45/45 anymore so I know I probably won't sell mine.

Don't spend that much too "upgrade" your rotor... Some rotors won't even jam much some will. Maybe the virtue soft arm is reasonable if your rotor jams a ton

If you are going to spend anything on your rotor; buy a speedfeed (exalt or KM) and/or Virtue Soft Arm.

A virtue soft arm is for using brittle paint has nothing to do with jams. I think you mean the shark fin? I have a soft arm and with cheap paint it jams like hell.

It is supposed to help with jams a little. The shark fin is pointless. Whenever I get a jam I try it and it never works

Ya lol, whenever I do get a jam, it's at a field shooting 15$ a case paint, (paying 59 a case) the jams are so bad u have to stick your finger in the rotor and spin it manually

Works perfect for me but jams again later. Stop using cheap paint and your problems will be fixed.

Indeed. People with shorter arms might prefer the stubby or 45/45 though
