No your not getting it...the bolt only works with the ego11 platform because those guns can adjust how much force is put towards the bolt...the prior egos were set to one speed and that speed only...if the dart bolt was put into a older ego you run the risk of breaking something because of the added weight of the bolt....there's no such thing as tuning a bolt in your ego11 then transfering it to a sl94

What are you trying to get at? The D.A.R.T. Kit will not work in the previous generation of Ego's because the weight of the new bolt could cause damage when it is brought up to previous generation's of ego's rammer speed into the valve pin, potentially damaging the rammer,valve pin, valve, etc. The Ego11 was the first Ego to allow you to CONTROL how fast the rammer/bolt moved. Previous Ego's were on one speed all the time. So by adding additional weight to the cycle could cause SERIOUS damage.

TL/DR
Don't do it, it could cause 100's in damage to your gun. That is all.

You do as you please with your guns...but if the designer of the marker and bolt system tells me not to use it in previous egos...I'll take his word that the added weight can cause damage to the solenoid...rammer and whatever other parts...
I rather not have to buy other parts cause my stupidity to prove a point that it "MAY" work in older egos...I hope your just trying to troll to get people riled up but if not....GL with the bolt in your sl94

Having too much mass cycling over the course of many many shots could very well cause damage to the marker.

I would wait for PE to OK the use of the kit in older markers. Until then, is a slightly smoother shot worth risking your marker?

Oh I see. Ya I have kinda updated my 06 Dark as well, I added a Cure3+, Violent SL3 reg, Shaft4 boost kit and Violent .681 back, also a Violent Thumbwheel. I couldn't really justify spending 60 doll hairs on a POPS Asa that doesn't add any performance and would add height to my profile since I'd need the rail.

Good point, it doesn't bother me too much when I'm shooting off hand but I would like to have the straight fitting. I've wanted a Function push button rail Asa long before the POPS came out, but they are net to impossible to find. I guess if I found a cheap rail and POPS I would do it.

also i am just curious, what other parts are you looking for?

i dont see much else you could do, unless you go with things like csl tips/ csl pops/ sls inserts or something.

CSL tips, normal shaft 4 barrel boost kit, Cure4 bolt. I didn't wanna put things on it that say " CSL " that's just seemed cheesy to me.
