Specific o-rings for leak down the breech?

As soon as you put air into the Axe it very quickly rushes out the breech. Reset poppet and solonoid per manual. Any specific o-rings to look at? Really don't want to change all of them. Thanks for any help.

Poppet o-ring. Dry off the poppet face as well as it will have trouble sealing if it is wet. Try a new battery.

Sometimes depending on the air filtration where you fill your tank if dirt gets in it and runs through your marker it can scare where the poppet sits and allow it to leak ive seen it many times when players go to some local fields that may or may not have the best filtering equipment.

Replaced poppet o-ring. Any other ideas? Could it be the o-ring on the base of the bolt?

Still leaks down break. REALLY fast leak and loud.

No, it's not the bolt. A barrel leak is either the poppet/valve assembly or solenoid. Make sure to clean off that poppet face and make sure it is dry with not a single daub of grease on it. Try resetting the poppet and solenoid as per the manual. What kind of battery are you using? Brand new Duracell? Is the solenoid clicking?

I was thinking replace the white plastic tip of the poppet? Any other ideas? Yes solenoid clicks, brand new battery.

We just went through the same thing at the field today with a guys mini. We swapped everything out with another and still had the leak, finally swapped asa's and that was the problem.

Loud fast leaks down the barrel mean either the Solenoid or ASA. Those are the only two things. However the solenoid could be acting the way it is due to it not getting the power that is need to operate correctly. Here is a simple check list;

1) Battery - please only use Duracell/Energizer (most batteries even though they are 9v will not have the Amps to power everything)

2) Board Prongs - Check to make sure that they are not bend or pushed down ( We have seen times where it looked connected but was not)

3) ASA - Turn the brass lug out to where the air does not go into the marker. ( if the Reg is busted then Air will rush through. if it is not then it will not air the marker)

The last thing you can try to do is clean the solenoid piston. That can be done by removing the solenoid from the marker. At the top there are three screws the need to be removed make sure that you use a screw drive the is pointed not round. Remove the piston and clean it and the inside of the solenoid.

tear down the solenoid and clean the inside. more then likely it's the solenoid, I have seen the same issue. Most people should grab an extra solenoid for there parts kit anyways. easy 29.00 fix

Okay so after tyring what the Empire tech said above, I have isolated the problem. So after unscrewing the brass front screw in the reg and airing up the Axe, no air entered the marker. So I slowly screwed the brass screw back in until air did enter and the problem seems to be this:

the air enters the solenoid and starts venting out the bottom hole on it blowing down towards the ASA. It is a medium speed and constant leak. As I turn the brass screw in further into the ASA the air flow goes from the noid into the breech of the gun and starts rushing out the breech STILL leaking from the noid.

So what is the route problem in this instance?

For starters, if you cleaned the noid and it still does that, swap that out first. There may not be enough pressure with it leaking for it to seal everything up elsewhere.

I didn't clean the noid piston. Everything else I've done.

Leaking like that it could just be a bad noid. If you email us at the email address provided we can get that sent to you under warranty. Just make sure to provide the following;

Once we have that we can get it shipped out.

Had the Axe fixed at Cup. It was just a burnt out noid. New noid fixed the problem 100%. Thanks for the solid World Cup service Empire.
