.682 or .685 should be fine. I use a .682 on Empire custom blend in the morning, then switch out to a .684 in the afternoon, but I have used a .682 all day before as well. I suggest a .682/.684/.687 to cover most of your ball needs and you can pick up a cheap cigar humidor to carry the inserts in:

It's hard plastic and protects the inserts from damage plus its smaller then a Freak case and fits in any gear bag easily.

For premium here in northern Virginia I'm using a .679 with no problems and good results.

Its boring at that in the 100-110 heat we have. But even at swelling would say .683 or so at most.

Went out to play today with premium used .683 and had no problems with it. Great size for a great paint.

Good for you, but us peeps in the southern states with 100/110% hunidity don't always have that option. I usually start with a .682, but around 1:00 I end up switching to a .684. When I was using Formula 13, I was starting with a .684 and going up to a .687 by the afternoon.

The last box of premium I had was rolling clean through a .679, hopefully in your region it fits a bit better in more common bore sizes.

That's surprising to hear since most of the East coast has bad humidity in the Summer, and I'd expect Texas to be pretty dry if anything. Having said that, I have no problem getting Premiums through a .682 all day no matter the humidity (Unless it's raining!). Just gotta live life on the edge...
